ISOCKET AirCore is a comprehensive web-based Air Management Software with a dynamic real time application that streamlines administrative processes and centralizes the management information system for both airline companies and travel agencies.

COMPONENTS

ISOCKET AirCore suite comprises 11 modules which leverage your customers value.

ISOCKET AirCore Operational Customer Database:

This modules houses customer information such as customers value and preferences. It integration enables airlines to make service and disservice recovery decisions based on individual customers.

ISOCKET AirCore Booking:

This module offers sale, records and manages customer air and non-air product and services orders. It is responsible for recording the relevant customer details (name, frequent flyer status, preferences, contact information, fare and ticketing information.

ISOCKET AirCore React:

This module is used to reaccommodate passengers for both flight schedule changes and irregular operations.

ISOCKET AirCore Depart:

This modules provides a passenger check-in system. This encompasses customer handling, electronic ticketing registration, interline services (through chech and electronic ticket), flight handling (for check in), boarding services, passenger and baggage security and system administration.

ISOCKET AirCore Space:

Is a comprehensive air inventory control solution that allows for varying types of airline inventory management techniques. The emphasis is on automatic handling of requirements based on airline parameters.

ISOCKET AirCore Seats:

provides shared common functions forseat map maintenance, seat assignment and allocation. it enables automated assignment of seats.

ISOCKET AirCore Ticketing:

This functional area manages ticket activity, including ticket production, document number assignment and history. It tracks stock and status (unused, used, reissued etc), stores ticket images and facilitates airline sales reporting. It also provides electronic ticketing and support prepaid ticket advice (PTA) management and all forms of payments.

ISOCKET AirCore Flight:

This module manages and controls flight schedule data and flight information. Although flight schedule data can be entered and maintained manually, the standard process is automated receipt of messages or files from a schedule planning system.

ISOCKET AirCore Information:

This module provides a facility for storing reference information and a seachable database for keyword access to the information. Also included is the ability to establish links to external automated information facilities such as visa requirement and weather.
